Eat more, Lose more.You can! The simple fact is the more you eat the more weight you will lose. If you are taking me literally right now, you are imagining yourself eating a table full of your favorite goodies. Well, it doesn't quite work that way. You've all heard of the caveman in us all. Our bodies are still functioning as if we lived in the stone-age.

What this means to you is this: During lean times (times of good hunting) your body knows this and readily burns more energy. However, during less abundant times (slim pickins') your body will burn less energy. Another way to look at it is financially. When the paychecks are coming in and you have plenty of cash, you are more likely to spend the money. You know, buy a few extras and whatnots here and there.

TIP: As you can tell by reading this, there's a lot of stuff to know when you're choosing which foods to eat, determining how much fat is in a serving portion, and balancing your body's nutritional requirements so as to maximize fat reduction over total weight loss.

But, when times are tough, you will spend less because you know that tomorrow you may need that extra cash. Now, you are probably wondering how your body knows when times are good. It knows because you are eating more. Well, that may not be exactly true. It knows because you are eating MORE OFTEN.

That is the key to 'eat more, lose more' The way to do it is simple. You still want to eat healthy and you want to eat 5 to 6 times a day. You should always eat a good breakfast. This morning I had some plain old oatmeal with low fat milk. On top of it I sprinkled cinnamon.

It is simple and filling. A couple of hours later I followed it up with a banana and a protein drink. I highly suggest to those wanting to eat more and lose more, that you puchase protein shake mix. It is quick, filling, and is a good replacement for a meal. After all, fixing 3 or 4 extra meals a day is a pain in the butt.

What you do not want to do is eat 1 or 2 large meals a day. Do not gorge yourself. Your body will interpret this as hording food. You wouldn't horde food during good times. Adding excersize to your weight loss program will enhance your weight loss efforts.
